Yes, because every piece is made to order, I can customize based on personal preference. Just email me what changes you would like. Custom pieces can take a bit longer as certain materials may have to be ordered.
I received my jewelry, I love it, but I changed my mind on the size, can you adjust it?
Yes, all you would need to do is email me with what adjustments are needed, ship the piece back and I will adjust accordingly.
Will my jewelry look exactly like the photo?
Please keep in mind that color shows up different on everyone's phone or computer. I take all my own photos and do my best to match as close as possible to real life color.
Can you redesign or repurpose a piece of jewelry I currently own?
Yes, I love to do this, especially when it is a special piece or has sentimental value. Email me a photo of your item, what your thinking & I will let you know what I can do.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Since all pieces are custom made to order, I usually ship between 2 - 6 days business days after ordering. It may be a bit longer if you have a special request, however, message me and I will do my very best to accommodate your needs.
Can you rush a delivery?
It depends on the piece and on the timing, however, I will do my best to get it to you as fast as possible. Just email me what date you need it by and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate.
What is your return policy?
If your purchase is not what you expected or you simply changed your mind, I will accept returns within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Simply email me with the details and return the item. As soon as I receive it back, I will promptly refund to your original form of payment.
What shipping method do you use?
I charge a flat rate of $6.95 and ship priority mail with tracking. All orders over $100 receive free shipping.
Do you guarantee your work?
As with any handmade or delicate piece, there are times where accidents can happen. I fully guarantee all my work. If something happens, simply email me, return the piece and I will repair or replace, depending on the circumstances.
